SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: We make every effort to accommodate any special requirements you may have (i.e. ASL, diet, physical limitations, etc.). Please indicate below:

CONFIRMATION: We will make every effort to send a confirmation of your registration within two weeks of receipt, beginning July, 2008. Confirmation packets will contain additional information about official and optional SunBears Weekend 2008 activities.

CANCELLATIONS: Your registration for Bears San Diego is not transferable. If you are unable to attend, you must cancel your reservation in writing. Cancellations postmarked by October 13th will receive a refund, minus a $15 processing fee. Later cancellations will be handled on a case-by-case basis. No-shows will not receive a refund, but we will mail their registration packets four to six weeks after the event.

RELEASE: At check-in, you will be required to sign a release that states the following: “I certify that I am at least 21 years of age. I agree to the rules of the outing; to hold harmless and blameless the Bears San Diego, its members, guests, and representatives for any personal injury and/or loss of property; and to assume all responsibility for the same during SunBears Weekend 2008. I also understand that photographs and video will be taken, and that it is my responsibility to inform those taking photographs and video that I do not want to be photographed or videotaped.”
